Choosing Your Treatment

Whether you're coming in for post-operative rehabilitation, manual therapy and adjustments, or soft tissue soreness, we've got you covered. Select the type of treatment you need from our Service menu.

Meeting Our Team

Each of our practitioners brings their own unique expertise to our clinic. You can:

• Browse their detailed profiles, complete with photos and specialties
• Select a specific therapist from their profile or the dropdown menu
• Choose "Any Practitioner" to see the first available appointment
• Click Select Date & Time when you're ready to proceed

3 Scheduling Your Visit

Selecting Your Time

Our real-time calendar shows all available appointments, with options from early morning to evening. When browsing available times:

• The calendar automatically displays the next available slot
• Select your preferred date to see all openings
• If your preferred time is taken, continue browsing, or join the waitlist to be notified about cancellations

Securing Your Appointment

When you’ve found a date and time that works for you, select the time slot. At this point, if you aren’t already logged in, you’ll be asked to sign in to the Patient Portal or to create an account if you’re a first-time visitor.
‍Please update your profile with your contact information and an emergency contact before proceeding with booking.

4 Confirming Your Appointment

Reviewing and Booking

Before confirming, you'll see a summary of your booking. This is where you can include the Reason for Your Appointment and any important notes about your condition or specific concerns. Remember, the more we know, the better we can help.

Once you've clicked Confirm Appointment you’ll receive an email with all the details. Through your Patient Portal, you can view all your Upcoming Appointments, access necessary Intake Forms, and update your Medical History.

Important Policies 

We value your time and ours. Please note:

*    Appointments can be modified up to 24 hours in advance
*    Late cancellations (under 24 hours) incur an additional $40 fee
*    Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a No Show, and the full session fee applies

5 Preparing for Your Visit

Make the most of your appointment by completing your Intake Forms and updating your Medical History through the Patient Portal. If you are unable to do so, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, and our staff can help you.
