- 24-hour or 48-hour cancellation notice required, depending on the service. (See our Cancellation Policy for more details)
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time

- You may be scheduled with different practitioners based on your treatment plan
3.2 Automatic Collection
- We offer direct billing with most major insurance providers. Please provide valid insurance information prior to your appointment. If direct billing is unavailable, we will provide detailed receipts for insurance submission.
- Insurance coverage verification is the patient's responsibility. Patients are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance, including denied claims. Coverage varies by service type and insurance plan
- Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash for any remaining balances.
- Missed appointments without notice will be charged directly to the patient.
